Driver onboarding
Want to drive on SakayKo? Install the app, sign up with your phone number, and pick the Driver role. You'll walk through a 4-step KYC wizard — personal details, ID photo, selfie, and vehicle photo + plate — then a dispatcher reviews your application and approves it, usually within 1 business day. You'll get a push notification the moment you're approved.

Operating hours
Bookings: 24/7 — drivers respond when they're online.
Support: Monday–Saturday, 8am–7pm Philippine time.
